You can walk around our parkland and experience an abundance of animals and wildlife. We have resident breeding English and French Partridge, Hares, Pheasants, Hedgehogs, Barn, Tawny and Little Owls.
Heidi's retired racehorse Pipsacre, resides at Hill Farm and the family is hoping that she will breed the next gold cup winner! Olivia's pint sized pony Zara keeps her company. If you have horses we have stabling and grazing facilities available, please ask for details.
Our Bees
Hugh is an avid bee keeper and are kept in the arboretum in the far side of the property. Together with Heidi they produce a wonderful range of honey and beeswax soaps and lip balms.
For the bird watchers amongst you, we are visited by a range of wild birds including, Red Kites, Buzzards, Green and Lesser Spotted Woodpeckers, Swallows, House Martins, Egyptian Geese and Teal.
Wild Pond
Our wild pond, which doubles as a deer paddling pool, is home to a variety of ducks including, Muscovy, Eastern Spot Billed, Apricot Call, Green, and Cayuga. There are some beautiful dragonflies too.
